Welcome to Value Tire & Alignment! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, ValueTirefl.com, and our services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. Definitions & General Terms
  • “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Value Tire & Alignment.
  • “Customer,” “you,” or “user” refers to any individual or entity that accesses our website, purchases products or services, or uses promotional offers.
  • “Goods” means tires and related products. “Services” means installation, balancing, alignment, disposal, and any automotive service provided by us.
  • “Order” means a request from the Customer to purchase Goods and/or Services.
  • By placing an Order, using our website, or availing Services or promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  1. Orders, Quotations & Pricing

2.1 All quotations — whether verbal or written — are estimates only and are subject to confirmation at the time of purchase.
2.2 Prices are based on manufacturer/wholesaler cost at the time of quotation. We reserve the right to adjust prices before final sale to reflect cost changes, taxes, or other variables.
2.3 Additional charges may apply beyond quoted price — e.g. installation, balancing, disposal fees, alignment, TPMS services, wheel weights, or other services.
2.4 Unless explicitly stated, all offers, discounts, and rebates are considered separate and may have additional terms.

  1. Product & Service Availability

3.1 Availability of any particular tire model, size, or brand is not guaranteed until you complete purchase.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel or modify any Order or promotion if inventory is unavailable or if manufacturer/wholesaler supply changes.
3.3 In the event of such cancellation, we will refund any payment for tires not delivered. We are not liable for any additional costs, losses, or inconvenience.

  1. Discounts, Promotions & Manufacturer Rebates

4.1 Any discounts, promotions, or rebates advertised on our site or in-store refer to official manufacturer offers (e.g. by Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, etc.).
4.2 Value Tire & Alignment acts solely as a participating retailer / dealer — we do not issue or guarantee manufacturer rebates.
4.3 All rebate claims, cash-back reward issuance, and rebate approvals are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
4.4 For example:

  • Michelin rebate details must be viewed and claimed via Michelin’s official rebate portal.
  • BFGoodrich rebate offers are governed by terms on BFGoodrich’s promotions page.
  • Uniroyal rebate claims must follow the official rebate form and procedure.
    4.5 Any dispute, claim, or issue regarding rebates — including non-receipt, delay, rejection, or card loss — must be directed to the manufacturer’s customer service. Value Tire & Alignment is not responsible for rebate fulfilment or related disputes.
    4.6 Offers, rebate amounts, eligibility, and qualifying models are subject to change without notice, according to manufacturer discretion.
  1. Rebate & Offer Eligibility & Redemption Requirements

To qualify for any advertised rebate/offer via manufacturer:

  • You must purchase a full set of four (4) eligible tires from our shop during the rebate’s valid dates.
  • You must obtain a valid, itemized invoice/receipt from us.
  • You or your authorized representative must submit the rebate claim through the brand’s official rebate portal — with correct and complete information — before the expiration/claim-by deadline.
  • Any additional requirements (e.g., mailing original receipt, submitting via mail or online portal) must comply strictly with manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Offers may not be combinable with other promotions, deep discounts or “buy-3-get-1-free” deals, as per manufacturer policy.
  • Rebates are only valid for retail consumer purchases — not valid for fleet, wholesale, resale, or commercial accounts.
  1. Services & Installation

6.1 We provide professional installation, balancing, disposal of old tires (if selected), and optional alignment checking as part of our services.
6.2 Service appointments are approximate; actual service times may vary depending on workload, tire size, and vehicle specifications.
6.3 If you fail to arrive at the scheduled time, or provide necessary vehicle or tire information, we may need to reschedule, which could affect rebate eligibility or promotional offers.

  1. Warranty & Manufacturer Coverage

7.1 Any manufacturer warranties (for defects, workmanship, treadwear, etc.) are governed solely by the tire brand — not by Value Tire & Alignment.
7.2 Warranty claims — for defects, faults, or manufacturing issues — must be submitted directly to the tire manufacturer, following their published warranty policy.
7.3 We make no additional warranty or guarantee beyond the manufacturer’s own coverage.
7.4 Warranty voids may occur if tires are misused, fitted improperly, damaged by road hazards, or modified in violation of manufacturer instructions.

  1. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Value Tire & Alignment is not liable for:

  • Manufacturer’s rejection of rebate or warranty claims.
  • Delay, loss, non-issue, or non-redemption of rebate reward cards.
  • Errors or omissions made by you during rebate submission.
  • Changes in manufacturer rebate or warranty policy after purchase.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of use of vehicle, loss of time, alternative transport costs, etc.) arising from rebate denial or product unavailability.
    8.2 Our responsibility is strictly limited to supplying the tires, providing invoice, and rendering agreed services.
    8.3 All content on this site (promotions, discounts, pricing, rebates) is provided “as-is”. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  1. External Links, Third-Party Content & Accuracy

9.1 Our website may provide external links to manufacturer rebate portals or third-party sites. We do not control or endorse content on external sites.
9.2 We disclaim any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on linked external sites.
9.3 Typographical errors, clerical mistakes, or omissions in site content, pricing, or offers are subject to correction at our discretion, without liability.

10.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions, promotional offers, pricing, or service provisions at any time — with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes must be brought before the courts located in Broward County, Florida (or relevant county of Value Tire & Alignment’s principal place of business).
