New Tires — Buying & Installation

How do I know which tire size fits my car?

Check the sticker inside your driver’s door jamb or the sidewall of your current tires (e.g. 225/65R17). Bring your car in and we’ll confirm the right fitment free of charge — the wrong size affects safety, speedometer accuracy and fuel economy.

Which tire brands do you carry?

We’re an authorized dealer for Michelin, BFGoodrich, Continental, Uniroyal, Kumho and Nexen, and we source Bridgestone, Goodyear, Pirelli, Hankook, Toyo, Yokohama and more. If a tire isn’t in stock, we can usually have it the same or next day.

How long does a tire installation take?

A full set — mounting, balancing and a safety check — typically takes 45 to 60 minutes. Book ahead and we’ll have your tires staged so you’re in and out faster.

Do new tires come with a warranty?

Yes — manufacturer treadwear and defect warranties apply to the new tires we sell, and we back our installation workmanship. We’ll register your tires and explain the exact coverage before you pay.

Should I replace two tires or all four?

It depends on tread depth, drivetrain and wear pattern. On AWD vehicles mismatched tread can damage the drivetrain, so all four is usually safest. We measure your remaining tread and give you an honest recommendation — never an upsell.

Used Tires

Are your used tires safe?

Every used tire we sell is inspected for tread depth, even wear, sidewall condition, punctures and age before it goes on the rack. If it doesn’t pass, we don’t sell it.

How much can I save buying used tires?

Quality-inspected used tires typically cost 40–70% less than the same model new — a smart option for older vehicles, leased cars near return, or a quick budget fix.

Can I sell or trade in my old tires?

Bring them in — if they pass our inspection criteria we may offer credit toward your purchase. Either way, we’ll recycle your old tires responsibly.

Wheel Alignment, Brakes & Suspension

How do I know if my car needs an alignment?

Classic signs: the car pulls left or right, the steering wheel is off-center when driving straight, or your tires wear unevenly on one edge. Florida potholes and curb strikes are the usual culprits — an alignment check takes minutes.

How often should I get a wheel alignment?

At least once a year, after any hard pothole or curb impact, and ideally with every new set of tires to protect the investment.

What are the warning signs of worn brakes?

Squealing or grinding noises, a soft or pulsing pedal, longer stopping distances, or the car pulling to one side when braking. Any of these deserves an immediate inspection — brake checks here are free.

How long do brake pads last?

Typically 30,000–70,000 miles depending on driving style. Stop-and-go traffic on US-441 or I-95 commutes wears pads faster — we’ll measure pad thickness and show you the actual numbers.

Oil Changes & Maintenance

How often should I change my oil in Florida?

South Florida heat is hard on oil. Conventional oil: about every 3,000–5,000 miles. Full synthetic: 7,500–10,000 miles. We’ll check your manufacturer’s schedule and set the right interval for how you actually drive.

Is synthetic oil worth the extra cost?

For most modern engines, yes — synthetic protects better in heat, lasts longer between changes, and can pay for itself over 100,000 miles. Ask our mechanic on duty what’s right for your engine.

What is included in your oil change service?

Premium oil and a new filter, chassis lubrication, fluid top-offs, a tire pressure check and a multi-point inspection that flags anything that needs attention — before it becomes expensive.

Do you service hybrid and electric vehicles?

Yes — tires, alignment, brakes and suspension on hybrids and EVs, plus routine maintenance on hybrid systems. EVs are heavier and wear tires faster, so rotation matters even more.

Appointments, Pricing & Payment

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

Both work. Walk-ins are always welcome, but a booked appointment gets priority — your tires and a bay will be ready. Book online in under a minute or call (954) 987-1405.

Are your estimates really free?

Yes. Every estimate is free and itemized, and we show you the problem on your vehicle before any work begins. No surprises, no pressure — that’s been our rule for 35+ years.

How fast will you confirm my booking?

During working hours, usually within the hour. After hours, first thing the next business morning. You’ll also receive an email confirmation the moment your request arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, and cash. Ask in-store about current financing or promotional offers on larger jobs.
