These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and the purchase of products and services at our shop. By using the Site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our Services
The Site provides information about our tire sales, installation, wheel alignment, auto repair and related services, and lets you request appointments and quotes. All vehicle services are performed at our shop at 5614 Funston St, Hollywood, FL 33023. Content on the Site — including tire availability, brand listings, promotions and rebates — is provided for general information, may change without notice, and does not constitute a binding offer; final availability and pricing are confirmed at the shop.
Appointments, Quotes & Cancellations
Submitting a booking or quote request through the Site is a request, not a confirmed reservation; we will contact you to confirm date, time and scope. Free estimates describe the anticipated work and price; if additional issues are discovered once work begins, we will contact you for approval before performing or charging for any additional work. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge by calling us in advance. Manufacturer rebates and promotions are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, forms and deadlines.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted before work begins and may vary by vehicle, parts availability and condition discovered during inspection. Payment is due when the work is completed, by the payment methods we accept at the shop. Applicable taxes and disposal or environmental fees (for example, tire recycling) may apply and will be itemized.
Warranties
New tires and parts carry their manufacturers’ warranties, which we will identify and help you register or claim where applicable. Our workmanship is guaranteed: if a problem results from our installation or labor, return the vehicle and we will correct it. Used tires are inspected before sale and sold with the disclosures required by law; unless expressly stated in writing at purchase, used tires are sold without an extended warranty. No warranty covers damage from road hazards, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or work later performed by others. THE REMEDIES IN THIS SECTION ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW.
Your Vehicle & Personal Property
Please remove valuables from your vehicle before service; we are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. You represent that you own the vehicle or are authorized to approve work on it. Vehicles left more than five (5) business days after notified completion may incur reasonable storage charges and, where permitted by Florida law, may become subject to lien procedures.
Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false or misleading inquiries, scraping content at scale, or infringing the rights of others. We may suspend access to anyone who violates these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, photographs and design — are owned by Value Tire & Alignment or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Manufacturer names and logos (e.g., Michelin, Continental, BFGoodrich) are trademarks of their respective owners, used to identify genuine products we sell and service. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.
Reviews & Submissions
If you submit reviews, photos or other content to us or about us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content in connection with our business (for example, showing your review on the Site), and you confirm it is truthful and your own. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WHILE WE WORK TO KEEP INFORMATION ACCURATE AND THE SITE SECURE, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALUE TIRE & ALIGNMENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OR TOWING COSTS NOT AUTHORIZED BY US) ARISING FROM THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT SERVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PORTIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER FLORIDA LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@valuetirefl.com and give us 30 days to work toward a good-faith resolution.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service order, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
